Heather is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist who takes a whole-body approach to helping her clients feel and function their best. Since earning her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1997, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings with individuals of all ages and diagnoses — from newborns to older adults.
Heather has a deep passion for learning and specializes in gentle, hands-on manual therapy techniques that support the body’s natural healing process. Her advanced training includes craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, functional technique, and myofascial release. In 2010, she completed a four-year training program in the Feldenkrais Method®, which adds a movement-based, neurologically informed dimension to her work.
Heather is deeply committed to professional growth. She regularly exceeds continuing education requirements, attends local study groups, and participates in mentoring sessions to stay current and inspired. She also collaborates with a wide network of practitioners and makes referrals when appropriate to ensure her clients receive comprehensive care.
When she’s not in the clinic or a course, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, watching her twin boys play baseball, or playing pickleball with her husband. She also loves biking, walking, exercising, catching up with friends over coffee, and cheering on the Orioles and Ravens.

To return you comfortably to your activities — quickly, safely, and sustainably.
Heather’s goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to identify and address the root causes of pain or dysfunction. By restoring proper motion and balance — often disrupted by injuries, poor posture, surgeries, falls, stress, or daily habits — she supports the body in doing what it does best: healing itself.
Through a combination of manual therapy, movement education, and deep listening, Heather empowers each client to regain comfort, ease, and freedom of movement — so they can return to life feeling stronger and more aligned.
Let’s do this — together.
Heather believes that no two people are alike — even if they share the same diagnosis — and that true healing requires a personalized, whole-body treatment plan. She performs thorough, head-to-toe assessments that include posture, gait, muscular and fascial balance, cranial and visceral motion, and the autonomic nervous system.

Her treatments blend gentle manual therapy techniques with movement re-education to support the body’s natural healing. Whether someone is recovering from injury, surgery, chronic pain, or stress-related tension, Heather tailors each plan to meet the client’s specific goals, lifestyle, and needs.
She works in close partnership with her clients, helping them build body awareness and understand their movement patterns at work, at home, and during recreation.
